Tomás Agustín Mielnikowicz
In 2006, he completed his secondary education at Escuela Philips, receiving the title of Bilingual Electromechanical Technician.
He graduated as an architect from the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism (FADU - UBA) in 2013.
He worked at various architecture firms during his initial training period, including MSGSSS (2010-2013).
He served as a lecturer in the subject "Architecture II" at the Grinberg department from 2014 to 2018, being part of the teaching team along with members of the MONOBLOCK studio.
In 2015, he founded PALPA Arquitectura in partnership with three colleagues from university, Sara Barugel, Lucia Boano, and Julia Tavella, where they developed residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
In 2019, he parted ways with PALPA Arquitectura to continue his development independently, seeking new challenges and partnerships, broadening the scope of his work by collaborating multidisciplinarily with other professions.
After completing several independent projects from 2019 to 2021, he gradually began to collaborate with architect Lucia Vallve. Over time, they generated new commissions as a result of their good collaborative practices, leading to the establishment of the cupla arquitectura studio in 2023.
He participated in various competitions both independently and in partnership with firms such as MSGSSS, DIEGUEZ&FRIDMAN, UNOENCINCO, etc. Notable achievements include second prize for the proposal for the Science Park, third prize for the Argentine Pavilion for the Venice Biennale 2020, and third prize for the COVID-19 Memorial Space in 2022
