The project is developed on the 14th floor of Torre Polanco, occupying an area of 1,400 m2 in a rectangular plan with diagonal protrusions towards the main façade that faces Mariano Escobedo Street.

The operation of the floorplan is very simple, the filter of users and visitors occurs at the reception to later find a large recreation area for informal or brief meetings. From there they can take the main circulation to the different districts into which work areas have been divided, with the alternative of leaving your belongings in the locker area and going directly to an available work station or reserved meeting room.

Along this route you can also find telephone booths, meeting rooms, printing stations or areas for casual meetings, which have been located on the corners with views towards Polanco or the Chapultepec Park.

The spaces that users enjoy the most are the cafeteria and playroom, due to the equipment and amenities they provide. Both have a view of the Reforma skyline, sunlight only in the morning, and it were located at one end of the floor to balance with the set of meeting rooms located on the opposite side.

The location of the -not assigned- workstations is privileged towards the best views, distributing them into different groups to avoid the feeling of saturation and give the alternative of choosing different options.

The palette of floor and wall finishes is neutral, representing the elements that we can find in nature, such as wood, vegetation or the deep blue of the sea. The changes in material on the floor have the particularity of entering and/or leaving spaces as an indicator so that users quickly identify what they are going to find behind a door or what function the place they are going to enter has.

The plafond and lighting design has the same function, but it is not always a mirror of what happens on the floor; the linear luminaires have been arranged diagonally responding to the inclined façade either parallel or in a perpendicular to it, indicating the status of the meeting rooms. Each of them has a "trail" that lights up on edge when users are using it. Over the casual meeting areas, a horizontal violet lattice has been arranged with light projectors directed upwards to give depth and downwards to draw the perforations on the floor as if it were the shadow of the trees. For contrast, some pieces of casual furniture have been chosen in vibrant colors to match the joy of the murals located on the main circulation.
